zip disk with beats, loadable on PC???

I've read that you can, and you can't (or shouldn't cuz it **** up the disk). The difference might be xl vs. non-xl. I have an XL, got some beats on a zip disk. Can I put it in my zip drive in my PC and just copy everything to another zip disk?

i'm pretty sure you can. I have a non XL and thats where the problem is (and the only reason i said pretty sure cause i cant speak from experience). but they adressed in the the XL, you lucky bastid!

It's safer to copy everything to another zip in your MPC, then load that copy into your PC. I have lost master disks by utting them into my computer and puttng them back into the MPC. Also, it appears that computers can't see all of the partitions on an MPC disk. This is part of what causes the problem. So, no. Don't use your mater disk to load into your computer. Use a backup.
