MPC 2500 jj Os Xl .....file to big?

Hey just some basic questions.
I try to install jj os xl at my 2500.
First the free JV 309 version and from there, the XL version,but then displayed
File to big. Cant execute!!!

How can it be? I need to install the xl because wanna check my id product nr. to buy the password.
I sended already that question to jj but still no answer.
I also had problems to download XL with diffrent browsers then i renamed the file at the end to BIN and it looks cool. Yeah but still not working because of the FILE TO BIG shit.
Any idea???

Yes i have Mac and was on the right side and downloaded from internet explorer!
But its still a osx file and not bin. The free version is easy to download because its Bin!

Like i wrote i rewrite osx to bin and it looks like it works.
But seems to big to install into my 2500!
Strange!!

OR SHOULD I TAKE THE COMPRESSED FILE /ZIP????

.osx is the new Ending of the new OS

Im a Windows User. I didnt had this Problem

Im installed the 3.09 and updatet to XL.

It works

UHHH ok i already found the problem!!!
OSX was right and now its working!

It was just confused because on my mac the osx file looked like a text file.

GREAT i am ready now for XL!!!

OK new TOPIC!

I loaded some old Tracks/Sequences made on Akai os to XL
But the Mute Window goes grazy...like automation, mutes goes on and out in a grazy way?
Also some Sequenzes playing the wrong sounds? But there are still on the right Pads.
Is it just i ditned have the password?

Are Parameters from akai OS changing in XL?

Would be grazy if couldnend play my old Tracks in jj os Xl

Any answers?

Yes its another OS and the Parameters are changed

Its not a Mac. And there is not a Classic Mode Button
