MPC2500 will not boot since installing JV2500 3.09

I install the OS them turned off and back on again but now it is stuck at the memory screen.

I am away from My MPC right now but how long does it take to load?

I am trying to buy XL but I need the ID #

re download the OS mate, maybe its corrupted. if that fails check your RAM is seated properly.

How could I install it if I cannot boot into the machine?

I will tell you what the fix is since others may or maynot know.

You will have to format your CF card to Fat not Fat32

Then you will have to dump Akai OS 1.24 back to the CF
Hold the Window button when prompt to reboot do so
Lastly get a good copy of the JJOS you are trying to install.

So were did you go wrong in the first place ? was the JJ os corrupt ?

ive had no isses with the FAT settings on 16 or 32..

It could have been when I was transfering it to my flash drive and sending to my other PC which is not on my home network.
