How to post a damn picture ....?

Sorry, to be a nusiance here, but I was going to post the picture of my newly painted MPC. I have since installed the new pads and customised the paint job - it's now a sleek looking all black unit.

Any quick walkthrough about posting pictures would be very much appreciated ( yeh, I am expecting some sharp put-downs as well ).
