No, not at all. But having the nubs gone would make it easier to set the silicone implants, the way we did it. (Which is what I thought you meant)
You might wanna open up your MPC and play around with the pads and sensors a little bit, it should become pretty clear where the gap is coming from.

Yeah, I can feel the gap (maybe a few millimeters?) between the pad and the sensor. I'll look into this!

I got the new pads several months ago, thank God, and there is hardly any gap in mine at all. Maybe a half of a mm, if that. There has to be at least a small gap doesn't there? When you do this mod, does the silicone lay flush with the sensors?
