Complete description of JJ OS features

Hello. I searched for it all over the net but still didnt find it.

Here's my problem:
If you see the ofitial OS Comparison Chart some feature names are prety Self-Esplenatory but other are not.
(I don't have my MPC yet.. i will buy a 2500 in a few days, that migth make it even harder for me to understand the diferences)

so..
Can anyone post a Descripiton of the features in JJ OS ?

things like "Wait for key" , "Chord" , "ZERO CROSS (LOOP of TRIM) " , "Non-Destructive Chop" , "Voice Monitor" , etc, etc.....

the jj manual has explanations of the additional features e.g.

Recording can be started by hit pad or the receive of MIDI note.

If [REC] or the [OVER DUB]+[STOP] key is pressed, it will be in the standby state of recording.
At this time, "Wait any pad or MIDI note" is displayed on the lower part of a screen.


If a pad is hit in this state or MIDI note is received, recording will start.
At this time, the pad event or MIDI note hit in order to start recording is also recorded.

The grid mode of [MODE]+PAD15 can also use this function.

that was usefull i dont know how i missed that!
i was looking more for acomparasing chart of what you Can and Can't do with the OS's but this will do for now..

When are we going to get a full manual for 2XL?

ok so the jj os blog is about os1 and os2 but not about os2xL is that right?

The online literature on JJ's site still has some blank spots so there would be no way to make a full .pdf manual at the moment. It's a shame as I'm one of these people who like to print it off and will have it to hand, rather than logging onto the internet and reading from a screen. I can wait though...
