A vga out would rectify the small screen especially if you can run Ableton on the other monitor with the riff and guru on touch. In one of the videos it looked like I saw a vga out on the back but it's not in the specs? Still early.

If only it were cheaper and ran Mac os. But then again if it ran Mac os it would probably cost more.

It looks to me like a mpc 1000 on steroids (buildwise).

I'd rather just buy me pads and a controller interface for my mac then to have some company throw all the consumer home-studio stuff into a dedicated chassis for me. Not very flexible... Hey, I'd rather use the money on a used mac dedicated to the music production only, with a pads+controller and a better but portable sound card (like the Apogee Duet I'm waiting on now, receiving it tomorrow maybe, looking forward to it). Or I'd rather get a dedicated iPod touch with "Beatmaker" on it and use the rest of my money on records...

But I rather stick to my MPC and SP1200! I have tried working on software, and still don't see why I should switch to it, I'm super happy with the way the MPC and SP works, and sounds.

I'm not felling the size of that thing.
