I think this guy has some great points...BK wants to be taken as a serious company, but I've never seen a professional company act like they have here. SMALL companies on threads @ gearslutz get flamed when they post on a thread about their product, but they answer questions that are asked by interested individuals and leave the trolls alone. This thread would be 30+ pages shorter if they didn't respond to all of our dumb posts kickin jokes. They got cocky, then booty hurt and it will hurt their sales (atleast from this group of people)

Talking about how the Beat Thang would intregrate with the MPC lineup would have been the best way to talk to this crew of miscreants! I'm sure the deal with apple will dig them out of this hole. Where's the thread on that? Burster, you got some photoshoppin' to do.

I dont believe we have clowned anyones music in THIS thread.... We did on one thread because they wanted a battle..... We regret that even though it was in good fun. We are not here to talk down to any one or disrespect anyone.

We are having fun with this project and will make it as cool as possible for the price point. Love it or hate it you guys seem to be having fun with the topic so by all means carry on. At the end of the day the product will speak for its self. I'm not here to twist your arm to buy it. The specs are on our website and we have posted them many times but if you have question feel free to ask. Unlike some..... WE ARE HERE. You probably have not had a chance to talk directly to any of our competitors prez's in this forum because im sure they are busy playing golf. No matter how big this hits we will always chat with people and even take their punches about our product. There are no peasants in our view. We all put our pants on one leg at a time...... Unless you are an 8 legged baby lmao

WE ARE NOT a mega corp with a big marketing firm so dont expect us to be traditional. We do what we feel and say what we feel. Thats the DEF of REAL.

We plan to stand behind our product, support it, and update it based on positive input. We are beat makers that have tons of experience using all kinds of products so we know what a sampler/seq should do. No worries it will be as bad ass as we can possibly make it.

We are a grass roots beat machine company. Just trying to make a way in this crazy world. Some people will love us some will hate us no matter what we say. We understand this quite well. It was a long journey to get this far and we are just at the beginning.

We are not doing this to make a quick buck. We eat breath and sleep beat machines. We genuinely love what we do.

Just the fact that you are taking the time out of your day to talk about it, photo shop it or whatever, is really cool.

Yeah. There last post was so soft I believe it's time to put this thread down.

Integrating with an MPC.....

Tone module.

Easy sound design tool with a different sound than the MP. It will be easy and quick to create and export your sounds and will sample through FX.

open for input on this

We also plan to make it be a controller for reason pre mapped with out the hassle.

It will ship with an app that will make it easy to move and edit your stuff on mac or pc.

The file system will make it easy for you to put your sounds in categories (group snares, kicks, etc) not one at a time but in huge chunks if you wish.

auto chop is a must for sure!

The ipod app will integrate with the software and hardware but all 3 will be stand alone too.

We are also working on ways to help the users get their music out to the world so people can hear it and buy it.

I hope in the end you will see we are not that different from you guys and we are on YOUR side.

It would be nice if you guys would set the jokes aside for a min and join us and help us build. You guys must have a passion for this music thing or you wouldnt be so into this forum.

The reason we hang around here is in hopes we can find a few people in here who really want to be apart of something.

So your choice..... Help an indy beat machine company get off the ground or sit around bash us and crack jokes.

Either way we gonna do this.

will the sample editing/choping/stretching be comparable to the mpc series? Im not that drum guy, just need to torture and trigger my sample library, fast.
