wrong .WAV file format

OK, here's my problem:
I saved my samples from my mpc as a .wav file on zip disk, loaded them on my computer and edited them (like I always did); but when I wanna reload the samples into my mpc it says: "wrong .WAV file format".....
What the kcuf?? I never had problems like this before!?
can anyone pleeez help me out with this??

There are lots of different types of WAV file - the MPC only accepts PCM WAVs. Try a search on Google for freeware audio convertors that will convert your WAV to PCM format.
