Welcome Frenchy! Man... I don't know to laugh or cry for you.

I'm not saying that your data can't be retrieved, but it's a long shot.
First you will have to hook your SCSI hard drive up to a desktop computer that has/acquire a PCI SCSI card. THE PCI card will have to have the same SCSI female port as your MPC.
From there, find a data retrieval program (one that can be used on SCSI drives) to retrieve the deleted data from a hard drive.

I stopped the formating process immediately. after few seconds...

I found in previous topics that someone used free undeleted...
I downlaoded it, but as I bought this morning at 2:00 AM the controller on Ebay, I still haven't tried it.

I am very stressed about that stupid action.

What filesystem does the 2000 use? If it's a standard PC format it should be sort of easy to recover a lot of what's missing. You should not power it up or run it at all until you're ready to recover though.
