Mpk49 not working after i install Kore 2

Hi, im new to all this computer music production so this question might be stupid. My Mpk49 was working fine until i installed Kore 2, now its not working at all. Is it to do with the midi inputs/outputs? I have tryed changing some around but have had no luck. Im running everything through USB.
