Just curious, did you get the 6.25" or the 8"? I just got some Tapco s8's and they are pretty decent but I'm still looking for a higher end set of monitors and was definitely considering the JBL's down the line. I'm asking tho because if you happen to have the 6.25 I was wondering how the low end on those are? I know the 8" is bound to bang but I'm havin to stack $ & the 6.25" is cheaper so I'm really trying to see if there good on the bottom end. Thanks

This is what I did.

Got to B&H photos website and request an email quote. They will send you an email with a price lower than what is advertised. Forward that email to yourself...open it up and lower the price further. Bring it to your local music chain that "Guarantees" the lowest price and show them that. After a bit of haggling walk out the store with your new goodies

yea man that room correction feature should be standard on all monitors. Plus the VU display and remote control give them cool points haha. THe KRK room kit is like 700 and the tannoy kit is only 100 but the reveals were pricey so the JBLs made the most sence. The two songs I did on volume 3 were mixed on the JBLs.
