idea-os2xl hotkey-change SEQ (like mode+datawheel does trk)

For my workflow SEQ change would be useful when doing a premix by changing track velocity in the MPC.

i requested this 'hotkey to change SEQ' thing waaaay back when JJ was still coding 2XL. it should be in the 'requests' section and i also emailed it directly to him as well.

anyway, i think this is the best:

MODE + up/down cursor to change current SEQ
MODE + left/right cursor to change SIMULT SEQ

i'm all for it.... as long as it is added to OS 2 as well!

yeah that'd be cool, add numeric with up/down arrow for pgm change on the active track and id be very happy.
