Under certain connection configurations, you need to disconnect or somehow mute the line going into the sample input jack.

where in TX? i am from houston. stop with the capslock, it is harder to read.

what are you sampling from? what are the audio in jacks on the mpc connected too? also you should be able to just turn down the rec level all the way to kill the feedback when you arent sampling. more info and we can be of more help.

Oh damn, that can be a bit of a problem. I had a appartment once next to an illegal radio-station and i could hear it trough all the machines in my home. TV's, phones, everything.
I'm sure you're problem is less serious, but if not i suggest you listen really hard and try to find out what radiostation it is, and sue them

For now, try upgrading your cables. Ussually cables with thicker shielding pick up less noise. And since you only have sound on one side anyway, and crazy feedback your cables are probably f*cked. If all of this doesn't work you could always sample it and start making country music.

just take the sample input plug out of the jack and see if the feedback stops.
