I've recorded beats on a external cd burner they are usually low because of analog sound! I got a apple macbook I see on Pc there is a pin drive like on a zip drive? I just want to know how do you get that full sound level I put the disc in my computer all volumes turn up disc still sounds low!!!!!!!!!! I'm waiting for software to arrive in order for me to use my vs-1680 correctly. Some of you been doing this for years so you got that experience and knowledge help your me out please! I don't know how to save nothing on computer if it's helpful either. I appreciate the words of wisdom not the sarcastic BS!!!!!! ???

Learn compression, limiting, engineer skills, etc.

..not just "turning up the sound".

So what soundcard are you recording in to? Computers use different levels than line level, you might be losing decibels at some point in your audio recording unknowingly. Other than that, route through an amp or compressor.
