i finished this beat but im having trouble transferring it to my mac.
I tried 2 go 2 record and record the sequence as a sample so i would b able 2 transfer it but it only gives me 11 secs, which isnt enough or if theres another way 2 do it or some1 can help me out plz do so.

you have three choices for step 1. Step 2 is the same for all.

1a. connect the main outs on your mpc to your line-in jack on your mac.

1b. (if you have a newer intel mac) buy a digital optical to digital coaxial converter, and run the digital coaxial out on the mpc through the converter to the digital optical in on the mac.

1c. buy an audio interface (audio input through firewire or usb). connect main outs on mpc to inputs on interface.

2. record input using an audio program (audacity is free and will work fine for something like this)

Recording from the analog line-in (1a) won't give the cleanest sound but its what i've been doing and its OK. 1b should give a perfectly clean signal (in theory, i havent gotten around to buying the converter to see for myself). 1c will be much more expensive than 1a or 1b, but should give a very clean signal as well.
