how to cancell a order

heres the deal my girl was getting me jjos but she started the order for a 1000 and i have a 2500 so she entered the product number and paypal info and clicked ok but we havnt made payment how do i cancel the order for the 1000 and order it for 2500

don't you have to enter a code specific to your mpc, so they can give you a code that works only for yours, i forget where it is, somewhere on the save screen? So if you ordered already then JJ should know what MPC model you have...

i was thinkin the same thing but i want to be sure as it seems theres not a whole lot of buyer recourse if mistakes are make
and since he has 2 seperate purchase pages im worried that a wrong code might be sent then ive pissed some good money away

Then maybe just make a correct order, pay for it and forget about the first one? They'll probably cancel it in a week or two.
