I recently purchased a 2500 and I tried recording a sample through vinyl but some reason the max amount of time I can record the sample is 27 seconds does anyone know why this is thanks

are you recording as stereo? do you still have the stock 16mb? and 27 sec is more than enough time...

my bad i assumed the site would send me once my post was replied to, yer im recording stereo, yer all the stuff is stock, also whats weird is sumtimes it says 27 other times it only allows 10 seconds, an when i mess with a recorded sample and want to do a couple of things like normalise then when i try to do a time stretch it wont allow me as it says it dosent have enough memory thanks, and once again sorry for the lateness of this reply

You don't have enough memory to do the things you are trying to do.

If it tells you don't have enough then you don't have enough, get more ram, not the animal.

You said stock, so it's 16mb. Get into your manual more often.

Learn your limitations and capabilities, caue they directly affect your creation.

Don't just try to create and not know.
