It looks like a beast of a machine and the specs sound very nice, but the grill has to go!
Not to be a butthole or anything but when i first saw the grill i spit my drink out all over my computer laughing out loud.

But i like the fact that you guys actually take time out to listen to the people.
Thats a rarity.

Ill-Green wrote:Well they are gonna have custom grills (ahem..grillz), so thats just the standard one. But either way, the specs are dope and crazy, thats what I look at.

to me the specs look up to par with todays standards. that is what I like.... none of this 128meg shit. they are putting in the specs that are not too much to ask. Although it has been a few months since reading their page and I;m sure a lot has changed in terms of specs (the 2 gigs of ram is all I can remember at the moment)

Well I didn't read all 90 pages... But those streetbox units are about the worst sounds I've ever heard. We can expect more of the same I'm sure

Streetbox aside- we can expect more of the same from this thread as long as people don't read it. :?

Do you know how many major and underground artists actually use the streetboxx ?
LOL to many to name.... It is still hands down the best inexpensive drum machine ever made.

I wish Zoom would have been more ambitious they are a really cool company with some serious talented young programmers. Rock is their thing though. God bless them they gave us our break.... Now it's time for some new Thangz...

cats ain't gonna know what to do with us.... Yall ain't seen crazy marketing yet muuahh ha
My pops played with parliment fools.... We got this 8 legged baby who get's down on the beats.

We def plan to shake shit up in the MI world and the music biz too.... Why not, life is to short to be stale and boring.

Let's blaze make beats and do Thangz

and please change the name haha honestly i think this is a dope machine...but it says beatthang all big on it hahaha i just think thats a horrible name....real producers dont care about custom grills and paint jobs..specs seem legit and everything...but the whole style behind the machine is corny as **** to me at least...
change it up simplify ur design..keep same specs and everything
just change name and design no grills!
hah
and i bet u would sell tenn times more units..
just my 2cents

agreed, i was looking all over the motu website a while back trying to find out the specs on the controller..... but it is just a picture on the screen. it would be nice to have a controller like theirs with that bug screen and what not.
