What's Up All in MPC Land. what's the best way to sync the 4000 with Logic to record audio. Please Help

There is no "best way".

Following the instructions in the manuals is a good place to start.

It's also worth checking out the 4000 forum and the Studio Environments forum for helpful information.

Yo Clint. Thanks for the tip. What I'm finding is, once recorded into Logic the MPC audio is slightly ahead of the bars and beat cut lines in Logic and I'm not sure which to choose between Midi Clock or MTC-should the MPC slave or master? Many Thanks. Pablo

I'd make the MPC the slave. Also, you want about 10 seconds of blank bars at the beginning of the song. This is called chase time, and even higher end synths like a Motif XS need it to sync. Keep in mind that MPC's not matching on the bars is a super common complaint. Just gotta learn to roll with it.
