recording

Hi
i am new to the MPC. i have been using ableton live and i want to use it with my new akai mpc 60. i need to know here in the back of the mpc do i connect the line in and the line out which goes into my midi interface. i also need to know how to record things into the mpc and play them back into my computer using the mpc LCD screen. Please can somebody help me. cheers.

all of the wholes on the back of the mpc are labeled.

out to ins it is that simple

midi out on mpc goes to midi in on computer
midi out on computer goes to midi in on MPC
audio out on mpc goes to audio in on computer
audio out of computer goes to audio in on MPC


these diagrams are in the manual
