standard effects on XL

The only effects that come standard with that baby is a low pass filter with some resonance.

yeah kinda sucks, but exactly, its what you'd expect. i got a sp-303 though, so im pretty set in terms of effects

303 and an XL is an ill combo. If you have the paper, got the 8 outs and start routing specific samples through the SP for effects.

to make an echo effect with the touch sensitive pads isn`t hard......reversing the sample is also possible,panning can be automated....

yeah manual delays are simple with the 16 levels velocity. i sometimes play around with that and note repeat.

stutter effects with the note off function....the longer I think about it,the more things come to my mind...

yeah that would be dope if you had a delay effect from the eb16 on the sample while doing that.

yeah i definitely plan of gettin one with the 8 outs already installeddd off craigslist or ebay. mostly for multitrack recording to Logic, but running certain outs thru the SP to get effects is actually a great idea. with the amount of resampling you can do on the 303, there are pretty much endless effects options on it, its definitely would be an ill setup.
