the destruktiv mod was for the 2000 only,2000xl got an internal IDE connection,so it`s just plug`n play....

ok well i got my first pack from vst today and it had new vol. and rec. knobs..a new slider, black pads, and all new hardware..so heres a few pics..

Yo man, the blue screen looks ill. funny shit is im doing the exact same thing to mine. i was thinking about changing the LED's but i have no clue where to get the part or even how to do it.

^^you can get led's at radioshack or somewhere like wise,,then its just two little solder tabs that you have to de-solder,then replace with new led and re-solder,,then bango,there it is..
