I did a search on this topic but I could not find anything related to my problem...

I just started sampling into recycle which is really amazing. I exported the slices and the midi file. Now the problem. How do I find out which key is assosiated with which slice&pad.

Cheers Kai...

I dont know but I saved the slices as midi file and it just sound like a cdefgab etc.... is there a way to import that akp file into the mpc so that when u load that shit then your sliced samples just go into each pads? I mean wtf man they could have a pgm files on that aswell and everything would have been kosher damn it!

export yours files as a SampleCell (.ins) . the freeware app
MPC2000FileCreator will then convert the file to a pgm, save to zip and viola...

If you're using a pc, mpc-editor is great with Recycle.
It imports AKP. files from recycle and makes a program file to load in your mpc.

for the pc its real easy just export the .akp into a folder on C: then in editor u import the .akp then export sounds and program under file an next to the disk on the toolbar, the folder to a zip disk or floppy.
