I am useing Pro tools to create Bass loops with Trilogy. So far I have been able to render the loops and load them into the MPC500 and assign them to pads. Dont ask me how cause I dont know. Although they seem to sound pretty low volume in the headphones.
Any way This seems like alot of steps. Im wondering if I should Slave the MPC to protools and record Sample Bass loops as analog signal out of the Mbox into the MPC. The end result of all this is to have my bass loops in the MPC set up in song mode with some extra percussion without having to bring a computer on the road. Anyone have experience with this type of situation ?
