I have an M box, axiom 25, reason 4.0, and an MPC 3000. I have been able to trigger and sequence the reason sounds, but when I try to use my axiom to play bass, or strings, or any other keyboard sounds, I cant get my MPC to play back the sounds That im playing with my axiom. I can hear the sounds when i play the axiom, i just dont hear them playing back after i hAVE recorded them into the mpc. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

now dont quote me on this, because I never actually tried what you are doing (i do have a similar setup with my XL, reason, and axiom 49.. but I dont use them the way you are)

I think the problem is... the MPC is recording midi notes in the MPC sequencer... so you need something sending commands to the MPC sequencer for it to record it in the first place.... the axiom is connected to the computer and reason is set up to take commands from it but not send our commands taken from it. In other words... you axiom is not sending commands to the mpc, only to reason.

maybe get the axiom connected to the midi inputs of the mpc3000. you probably will need the adapter to plug the axiom in the wall along with a midi cable (5 pin din).
