Pad Sensors

Whats the difference between The First version Pad Sensors and the Second Version Pad Sensors...


And if theirs a difference which 1 is more sensitive to my hits.

yea if any1 knows i wanted to know this also im thinking it would make the pads more sensitive not sure tho?

Pad sensors is mpc 1000 problems. 2500's sensors are just fine

Can't you set your pad sensitivity in the "other/misc. mode" (Can't remember what it's called exactly). Thought I saw something in there. I'd place money on the first versions being more solid though. Akai is cutting production costs like crazy in the last couple years. I work in a music store and have watched the costs from Akai get lower and lower. No company would let this dip into their profits, so you know there's cheaper parts in there.

my 2500 gone dead on the bottom left 2, ordered some from MPCSTUFF.COM, they wanted to know if I had series 1 or 2?
I have no idea. (says "Sensitronics" on it)


they emailed me back, seams i have series 2?
they have those in stock!
