MPC500 cant get the program to stay put

I am useing trilogy to make simple 4 bar bass loops with the hope of droping them into the MPC along with some basic percusion so that we can play live with it.

So far I am able to make my loops and drop them into the MPC500.

I create a new program - load sounds to pads - make a sequence.....go to make another sequence....
and BAM every pad has been reduced to playing only one of the bass line loops and all my other sounds are gone !

Does this sound familiar to anyone ?

If the 12 levels light is on, then all the pads will have that same one sample playing.

Turn off the 12 levels Goodfeather.
