Pad Upgrade

Attention: If you're looking for a pad upgrade (which I'm about to do) ... MPC Stuff said that they are currently on backorder from Akai for 8 weeks.

Yes, you read that correctly ... 8 f!cking weeks. I know this has been discussed before .. but... damn... another company is bound to swoop in and steal all of Akai's business.

This is completely unacceptable. 8 Weeks? They must be manufacturing new ones.

I guess they havent heard of something called "Accounting" and "Stock".

That must be a nightmare for you to wait that long!!!!!!!!!!

Are Your pads completely gone?????

I have the old Blue and red machine, bought it off ebay, it was like new, I recon, that, whoever had it nbefore me, used it maybe once, or twice, and got bored, the type that are most probs using fruityloops now lol

I have a couple of flakey pads right now. I can deal with it, but at least its good to know I need to watch out for whats happening.

Yeah, I spoke to Michael at MPC Stuff. I ordered a PCB Board too. Its coming in this Friday apparently. FINALLY ... my buttons will work again and my encoder.

I'm tired of this 1 1 1 2 1 3 3 3 1 2 2 2 1 1 2 34 5 5 6 8 9 stuff when I rotate my encoder. Its like I'm being punished!
