hey guys i know some of you may still use the vintage storage drives i found these in my bldg i figure ill give them away its only right all you have to do is pay for shipping its five in total and they all have cases they are in used condition!

You seriously might want to get in touch with some folks from the emu scene who might know what exactly is on those. I would not give them away.

Heh. I have one of those Syquest drives from back in college. Much more unstable than Zips -- I never kept anything important on them. I remember when they were the s**t. I'd be able to tell you the file names and files that were on the disc but I doubt I would know what any of them would mean.

Hm...I never had any problems with them. Used them on my old Emu Sampler before I bought a 230MB Olympus MO drive. That syquest drive was "not very quiet" :)

If I would have used it correctly, I probably wouldn't have screwed mine up -- can't be in a hurry to eject it when the drive is still spinning...
