MPC 500 control program??

I have a micro KORG synthesizer/vocoder that I have been using for a while. KORG has a program that you can download from their website that allows you to adjust and set the parameters of each of the microKORG programs using a computer, via a MIDI interface (it makes working with the microKORG way easier). I was wondering if AKAI makes anything like this for the MPC 500? I am getting really sick of staring at that tiny little screen. I know there are programs for the upper level MPC's that allow you to assign samples to pads using the computer, but are there any for the 500? Or for that matter will any of those programs work for the 500? I love my MPC, unfortunately sometimes I am to impatient to deal with it. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated. You should try and look at the first page of the mpc500 forums, there is a topic there exactly about what ur asking
