Hello, can somebody explain how can I sample a sound and then change the pitch without changing speed ?
I have sampled an arpeggio and now I want to be able to play it like when you play it on a real synth arpeggiator.

Thanks !!!

1.use pitch shift or 2.patch phrase on the sample.
3.chop the sound manually and replay it, and change the pitch the pads play back at.

none of these will work perfectly, if its just one intrument in the sample with little overlap, use the last method and buy jj os to use xfade loop or alt loop.
if you choose pitch shifting, it will sound better done on your computer first

I find patch phrase is limited for most things.Im more likely to use it on something ive made myself and want to play off one pad than to use it to manipulate existing loops.

i use method 3 all the time, but usually end up making up something new with the chops rather than re creating.
