MPC Copy & Paste Issue. Please HELP!!!

Hi everybody,

I have a small issue. I do not know how to copy and paste from seq1 track1 to seq2 track1.

I done my homework and can not find it in the manuel nor can I find it in the Tuorial book i brought from here. (thanx for that by the way, great help gettin me started)

Can any1 in here please help me with this small problem I am having.

(oh I have a MPC1000 and I am using JJOS1 ver 4.99)

once I get this solved I will be sure to post up my new beats I have made with the MPC. I have only had it 2weeks now but getting the hang of it after lots of reading so will post some work up for feedback.

Page 26 in the MPC1000 manual. Works the same for both Akai and jjos.

i hear what your sayin, but when i do that i only get the "copy" function but no paste.

any1 else who can help me here.

i go into my edit grid I can see my notes played on seq1 trk1, i highlight the parts i want then hit copy. i then go to seq2 trk2 and try to paste what i copied but can not find the "paste" function anywhere.

any ideas please???
