does anyone know any good record diggin spots in nyc? either manhattan or queens? just got my first turntable yesterday for my bday and i dont wanna be dissapointed with which records i get..

Its been awhile since I left NY, so I don't know if the old spots still exist. But the dope sh!t is in Greenwich Village and uptown section, like at 97th Street to 128th and cheap.

it's summer, get a bike and cruise every second-hand store, flea market, homeless guy selling shit on the sidewalk.
i rode from coney island to city island, from jersey to jamaica and bought home the gold. plus, it's a lot of fun. and there's good food to be had along the way.

get a good back pack. you don't want to come across a big score and have to leave most of it there.

not all in one day. i rode from harlem to city island and back in one day. little tired after that one. wish i was crusing around nyc at the moment. greatest city on the planet, ever!

oh i was about to say.. and i cant just ride around like that.. 14 years old, moms gonna freak out.. lol.. but yeah i wish i could just do that.. sounds fun
