i've gone to edit profile and trying to get a pick from my comp and add it here as my profile pic but dont know how to do that.

any1 care to help?

Nobody wants to help you because you refuse to help yourself. It CLEARLY says:

You need to host your pics on a site like http://www.imageshack.us or http://www.photobucket.com and paste the hosted image url for your profile pic.
