You can find information on how to do this directly on Akai's site as well as right here on the forums, but since no one simply answered you directly yet - this is what you do...

*Make sure the other OS that you want reinstalled exists on your CF card still.
*Now boot your MPC off.
*Before booting back on, make sure to hold the WINDOW key.
*You should now arrive at the MPC's bootblock....
*Hit your REC button if you would like to write the OS listed on your screen onto your MPC.

I assume this is what you were asking how to do?

WOW...great reply and here I was unsure if you were an idiot. Thanks, now I know I was right . Does your mommy know you type curse words with her computer  , you'd prolly get grounded. And FYI, you never stated that you adjusted the pad sensitivity in your original post....

@ poundaproblem

your an idiot if you assume i didnt try everything to fix the problem my self, until search other forums and got info basically saying that the 3.08 JJ OS for the 1000 is ancient and there arent any solutions for my problem unless i wanna pay for the upgrade which i currently have no interest in

These are your own words correct? How much DETAIL did you provide? Based on what you typed you installed the OS and quit...So if you intend on getting real help then take a minute to think out what you want to ask and describe your situation. Right now you a grown dude pointing to his stomach instead of saying he's hungry.....

use your common sense dawg if i point to my stomach more than likely im hungry since most of us human being get hungry i assume that you experience users have gone through a bug with JJ OS if not you've been asked about a bug/problem about it,

IF I had known you never seen a hungry person before then i would have provided more DETAIL but all i wanted to know was how to uninstall the JJ OS with causing myself more problems which i did sucessfull without your help might i add,all you did was insult me for no reason calling me a "idot" you basically had enough DETAIL information to call me a "idiot" but not to help me uninstall the JJ OS or ask for more detail info since you were so interested in helping me fix the problem that has no solution.

that dont make any sense homie, you asking for help, the least you could do is provide info, You talking about common sense but you dont mention which pads you got, what troubleshooting you did...nothing, you said it f*cked up your sensitivity and its cr*p. But then you expect someone to volunteer the info? Buggin.
