How to upload the samples from pc?

i was wondering what steps i do to upload my sample from my pc to the mpc 500. I am using some software called blue box and i dont no how to put the sounds and stuff onto the mpc 5oo. If you know how to do this, please give me some tips.. THANKS!!! apreciate it

MPC500 first, bluebox second IMO.


MPC500 reads wave files.
Transfer .wavs to your CF by USB connection to the 500, or by plugging your CF directly into the computer with a card reader, or by sampling through the 500 inputs.

download wavepad sound editor, save it then load it in your mpc folder when it is connected thru usb
