really pathetic question

a little problem
I load up a sound assign it to a program assign the sound to a pad on the program but i go to the main screen and no sound on the pads.... and i go to the "part" section and the program doesnt appear... And im creating a fresh new program..

so anyone know whats going on

set up your programs in your multi then your all good

my programs dont show up on the multi lists... because I can't even change the part at the main screen... what the hell is with this. my programs dont show up at the parts section

Good luck and we all at one time have made a small mistake down beat yourself up, but that reference manual that you have to download really, really, helps too. I started out just like you.

I think I'm getting to grips with machine. However, I do find it hard to arrange drums in the song page. Syncing with Logic isn't a problem it's just that I don't find it very flexible e.g. when you want the drum loop to stop at a certain position in the song then continue after a quarter bar later or something.

Any thoughts?
