Which Firewire Mixer?

Im not sure which to buy, if anyone has experience with either one, let me know how they worked out...

I want a good Firewire Mixer with some good onboard effects. Im using Vista 32 bit, so both will work on my computer. Which of the two do you guys recommend.

(I'll be tracking out my MPC500 and MicroKorg and maybe another keyboard in the future.)

I personally wouldnt go with either. As far as effects, if you're going to be tracking out to a DAW then you would have more than enough effects in there. Why not just get an interface with multiple ins and something along the lines of a big knob to help with the routing?
