Pad To Note by default values. Can i Change it?

Hello.
Can i change the default MIDI note values of each pad save it? so i dont have to do it each time i start a new production..
My problem is the default setup has a "funny" order of notes... its:
Pad1 C#
Pad2 C
Pad3 F#
Pad4 A# and so on...

And simply want :
Pad1 C
Pad2 C#
Pad3 D
Pad4 D# and so on...

I know i can do it in [Program]+Note and in [MIDI/SYNC] but eveytime i start a new beat i have to do it again and it kind takes a while, does anyone know a workaround this ? oh im using JJOS Free, does XL have a solution for this?

Yeah,.....you need to do it in the program menu(pad 7) not in the Midi (pad 9) menu.


So basically press Mode> Pad 7(program) > F4(note), then re-arrange the notes in the order you want and save the program. Load the program when you turn your Mpc on and you're good. or if you save the program to a CF card you can have the MPC autoload at startup.


Edited: I'm kind of fuzzy on how to create the AUTOLOAD file so the info I posted concerning AUTOLOAD may or may not be correct....I'm using JJOS right now and I don't think it supports AUTOLOAD. FOR help with AUTOLOAD you'll have to look in the user manual or post another question here on the forums.

Thanks. Well yes, i created a new Blank Program with edited notes (in Cromatic Order) Saved to card and put that on Auto-Load, works fine. (A also named the first few tracks Kick, Snare, Hats etc.. so i dont have to type it everytime =)

The only problem is that you cant use "create a new program" to put the slices on the pad automaticly when chop a sample. (In my particular case thats not a problem anyway...)

But it seams really stupid that Default Assign in Mode-Pad9-F3 is not saved when you turn off the machine.
