MPC1000 problemmmm

Hi, my english isn't good but i try to describe my problem.
I've an MPC1000. Today i see that the master output doesn't work. In the load menu i can hear the selected sample but when I press play in the sequence i don't hear nothing even if the timer and the input (the black squares) start. I hear the metronome (every click is doubled) but i can't hear the samples! I tryed to upgrade the OS to 2.12 but nothing.
What i can try?

im going to answer assuming that you just got the machine and havnt read the manual.

make sure you assign your samples to a program

make sure you assign your program to a track.

what are the black squares? this is incomprensible to me.

find a spanish manual

I'm not a newbie
I use this machine for 2 years.. The samples are correctly loaded, the programs are ok.
I think thats a technical problem because nobody knows what problem can be..

The black squares are the input symbol on the left side of the screen..

Hmm I was hoping you were a n00b and had been entering notes without actually assigning the samples to pads.

Have you checked the programs are set to output through the main outs and not outs 3/4 or something along those lines?

Yes they're setted on ST.. the standard..
I really dont know..
On the ITALIAN MANUAL there arent FAQs about this problem..

What makes it strange is you say you have metronome and can preview samples so it's not your output.

What do you mean by each metronome click is doubled? That seems weird in itself...

PS I probably wont be able to help you myself just trying to get what look like obvious questions out the way so that more experienced people have as much info as possible when they come to it

Can you play from trim screen and everything? Just not from after programming? Are they definitely recording with a good velocity? I don't know much about AkaiOS but have you maybe got the range of the samples set low/nothing? Ummm.. sure I just had another question but it's gone.

I can play all the samples also from the trim screen... only the sequence\track dont works..
All the tracks are recorded in Full Level..
the double click is fixed by itself......dont know how

then try to install jj os
