Very strange program saved in internal mem.

Ok I have been trying to delete this stupid file that is perma-saved in my internal memory but can't seem to make it go away. Hoping somewhere here can help me out. When I scroll to internal memory, this is saved at the very end of the list no matter what. Anyone else seen this? How do you make it disappear!? Thanks.

you cant delete internal memory only overwrite.

write a new set into the internal mem and see if its still there.
