Replacing the Jog Wheel/Gain Rec Rotary Encoders

Hey,
my Rec Gain and Jog Wheel doesnt work anymore. so i found this site where i can order MPC Parts like the Rotary Encoders for the Gain/Volume Knob and for the Jog Wheel.
My question is, is it easy to replace those Rotary Encoders !? do i need any brazing/soldering skills, or can i just plug the parts on the mainboard !?

ITS EASY

get a braid to remove the solder

get a pen and some solder to resolder
