Changing pads on the 2500: Difficult or not?

I'm thinking about changing the pads on my 2500 and I'm wondering how difficult is it? I thought I remember seeing a step by step with photos in the forums somewhere but I'm not sure. Anyone?

If u remove the faceplate u can just take off the pads. The just lay on top of the sensors.

and what about the buttons please??

U can replace the buttons easily. It's just a plastic cover. But the tactswitch underneath the button needs some unsoldering to be removed, and some soldering to be replaced.
