Manually altering the tenth place of the bpm field on the 3k

I've noticed that when I use the tap tempo key, it will change the tenth place (after the decimal point), but, thus far I have been unable to use the data entry knob or the cursor keys to get to this place.

Is it possible to alter this manually at all?

P.S.

I've really come to realize that the sequencing and timing on the 3k is VERY different from the 2kxl, no matter what anyone says.

Manually type in the absolute tempo unit required.

IE: If you want 129.8 ...

Use the numeric keypad to enter the absolute amount.
