I have M-Powered 8 with a ProFire610.
I won't boast about it, I'll just say it's perfect for me.
Communicates really well with the Mac Book Pro and my MPC 5000... I like using the 5000 as midi through the interface, no delay for me. Using firewire of course. I couldn't complain at all, the investment was well worth it.
