Post your views and questions about the Akai MPC2500

So I got the manual online or the mpc2500 and read the part about setting to pitch.

Only think, it's not reading off on the screen as the manual explains. It says the Pgm should say Program01 and that isn't an option on my MPC.

Somebody please help

(this is day 2 with the MPC and I have never owned or used one in my life [except the MPC pads on my Axiom 25 midi controller lol])

In PGM field u select the program that holds the samples u want to control with the q-link.

If I want to assign realtime pitching to kickdrum1 that's assigned to pad A1 of 'FatdrumPRGM', then u must first select this program (PGM field reads 'FatdrumPRGM'). Now select pad A1 in the slider menu
