Meant to say congrats....
$100 is a great deal.

I did manage to get a EB16 card at Altanta Pro Audio for $125.00 :-)

For tracking out the IB-M208P is almost essential, but the EB-16 on the other hand isn't such a great buy. Akai don't make good effects... period.

I got mine from Armens Music Shop on Ebay (NYC Cats know about his shop!!!!) For like 139 shipped. I paid probably a lil more than i should but still a great buy and it arrived within like two days. I think he has another used one for sale (same price) and a new one for like 170 i think. Check Ebay.

SHlT for 125 i'd pick that up all day, i bought mine about 8yrs ago and i paid $ 350usd.
i bought it at a store tho , but i put it in myself and it works wonders, makes life so much better being able to seperate track's while recording ,

@ jaybooger36 hardware man, right on!! what type of recorder do you have ?
i record into a vs880 hd recorder i go thru a mixer first so i can produce my sound and add effects to it as i go, then i get my final mix and record it to the VS individually
i got 8 tracks but i can only record 4 at once ,my VS only has 4inputs, but bouncing tracks works great
