Pad sensitivity

Hi friends , i have a brand new MPC 1000 with JJOs installed ,somehow the pads are so hard to trig!
i have Pad sensitivity on 25 and velocity curve A
What am i doing wrong?

try upping the sensitivity & threshold levels:

my "pad" page looks different..

i do not have threshold option
