windows - no disk

hey people I am new to the mpc world so any help would be much appreciated. Whenever I plug in my mpc500 to the computer via usb cable I get this windows - no disk error. It says, Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x75a792a0 0x00000004 0x75a792a0. I tryed searching this forum and google and couldn't find anything to help. I am hoping someone on here may be able to help me. Also, when I have the 128mb akai cf card this error doesn't happen, the error shows up when I have the sandisk 4gb card in the mpc.

more info would be helpful.

make sure you MPC OS is the most up to date as they changed the way the cards are formatted and read in the recent update.

common sense suggests for some reason your MPC can't read that card. get a new/different card.

sorry I didn't mention that the card still works fine, can take stuff off put stuff on etc, just got that stupid error that pops up and won't go away. I update the os about a week ago.

is it possible you need to re-format your CF card to the new OS? I was having mad trouble myself until I did that.
